The majority of investment opportunities on the WealthVP platform are companies raising funds, and those can range from early-stage seed raises to Series A raises. (We define seed as companies incurring between $1-3M in annual revenue and raising around $2-5M, and Series A as companies raising $5-20M who are likely already backed by venture capital.) 

We also recently launched a real estate vertical consisting of commercial real estate offerings across multiple asset types–multifamily, retail, office and more.

At a minimum, we seek companies that are in revenue and actively raising capital, typically for at least 18 months of their expenses. In our sales conversations with founders, we also look for leadership and executives who have substantial industry experience and qualifications.

Additionally, we are working to integrate technology that includes an AI review feature to ensure that all companies are legitimate – searching for a website, business filing, and other qualifiers that prevent fraud.
